We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Opportunity:
This role is pivotal in managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and nurturing relationships throughout the sales process and beyond. If you are passionate about Pilates, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
1. First Responder for Sales Enquiries:
- Act as the initial point of contact for all sales inquiries.
- Provide timely and professional responses tocustomer queries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Contact potential commercial customers andgenerate client connections.
- Promote and place grip socks in stores, collaborating with boutique fitness clothing chains
2. Follow-up on Quotes:
- Proactively follow up on quotes to gauge interest and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Work towards converting quotes into successful sales.
3. Post-Delivery Customer Engagement:
- Touch base with clients after product delivery to gather feedback and address any post-purchase needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling other affiliated brands, such as additional accessories, cleaning supplies, or diversifying their equipment.
4. Influencer and Brand Collaboration:
- Identify and reach out to influencers, fitness professionals, and affiliated brands for potential collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and nurture partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness and Pilates industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools.
