The Role:
As our Assistant Club Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of the club. You’ll support the Club Manager in driving member growth, maintaining excellent service standards, and ensuring the club runs smoothly day-to-day. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales — perfect for someone who’s passionate about health, fitness, and people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Club Manager in daily operations, administration, and staff coordination.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience — greet members, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist in achieving membership sales targets through lead generation, tours, and sign-ups.
• Oversee club cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation to Snap Fitness standards.
• Help manage social media, local marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
• Support personal trainers and staff to maintain a high-performing, team-oriented culture.
• Handle member feedback, payments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Step up to lead the club in the Club Manager’s absence.

About You:
• Energetic, positive, and passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales or management experience (preferred but not essential).
• Organised, reliable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
