This casual role spans our health studios and residential care homes across Adelaide, offering variety, flexibility, and purpose in every session.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with residents and customers to design and deliver personalised fitness plans
- Lead engaging one-on-one and group exercise sessions guided by allied health professionals
- Create inclusive, empowering programs that support healthy ageing and chronic disease prevention
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Communicate effectively with families, carers, and health professionals
- Champion ACH Group’s vision of Healthy and Active Ageing
About You
You’re a skilled and enthusiastic Personal Trainer who thrives on helping others reach their potential. You bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every interaction.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, ideally with older adults
- Strong motivational and communication skills
- A Certificate IV in Personal Training or a qualification in Exercise Science (ESSA accreditation)
- Certificate III in Aged Care is highly regarded
- Above all, a genuine passion for supporting older people to live a Good Life
