What the Role Looks LikeLead Your Own Caseload
- Deliver longer, high-quality Osteopathy consultations (45-60-minute initial / 30–45-minute follow-ups).
- Manage a diverse caseload with a strong sports and active-population focus.
- Run 1:1 rehab sessions and small-group strength/rehab classes.
Contribute to Clinical & Team Leadership
- Mentor team members within a strength-based osteopathy and rehab framework.
- Help uphold standards of communication, accountability, and clinical excellence.
- Support service development initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.
Drive Our Strength & Clinical Pilates Pathway
- Work closely with the team to enhance and grow our strength, rehab, and performance service offerings.
- Assist in implementing objective performance testing tools (e.g., VALD, force plates) to support evidence-based outcomes.
- Build connections with sporting clubs, schools, and community partners.
Role Details
- Part-time contractor preferred (minimum 10+ hours/week).
- Flexible start date for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Osteopath, ideally with 2+ years private practice experience.
- Strong experience and confidence in gym-based rehabilitation, progressive loading, and structured programming.
- A holistic, active-rehab-focused clinician who values both manual therapy and movement-based care.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
