We are SWELL Fitness, A boutique Strength, Conditioning & Movement Gym located in Redhead, NSW, 2290. We are looking for a sales person to join our high performing team and help us keep up with demand. This is the ultimate remote sales role. You'll combine your sales skills with your interest in health and fitness without having to work in a gym.
Our goal is to impact 500 people by 2028. And build a space that is welcoming, ego free and inspiring for people to build and enhance their physical, mental strength and improve their lives outside the gym walls.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Starting base weekly rate of $300 + commission when sales quota has bee fulfilled.
- Remote (from home - you must be available to call a lead within 5 minutes between the hours of 8-10am, 12-1pm, then 5-7pm Monday-Friday.
- You will be responsible for answering & responding to leads, assist in connecting the dots for prospect clients to give them the appropriate entry point into our program, running through our sales script, collecting client information and creating client profiles, and sending off welcome packs/induction confirmations.
- We will ensure you have a clear understanding of what great looks like with clear daily, weekly & monthly KPIs that ensure our prospect clients get their desired results and you'll be their HERO.
- While ensuring sales policies, processes and procedures are designed, implemented and maintained
- Ability to maintain an updated call log + reach out to previous prospects/missed leads.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR.
- 2+ years PROVEN high volume activity sales experience, hitting KPIs, using scripts, getting hung up on and don't get scared of the phone.
- Bubbly & gentle yet able to handle objections and redirect clients to a sale.
- Love and believe in health and its impact on improving lives.
- More than comfortable being on the phone and HELPING people.
- Bonus points for experience with Gym Sales or Studio (gym, pilates, commercial gym) sales before.
- Are coachable in our methods and methodologies.

Job Types: Minimum weekly base + commission after sales quota has been fulfilled.
Salary: $300/weekly to unlimited with commissions and bonus working from home
