Back In Motion Como is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admin Assistant to be the face of our clinic, providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting our team in delivering the highest quality care.
This is a fixed-term position from 1 December 2025 to 31 May 2026, with the potential for additional hours from April 2026 depending on internal team movements.

About the Role
We are currently seeking an adaptable Part-Time Admin Assistant available 5.5 hours a week, who can offer flexibility as the clinic needs evolve. As team changes occur in early 2026, there is potential for additional hours, and we’re happy to be flexible to support the right candidate.
Your Key Responsibilities
Greeting clients with a warm and friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Managing appointment bookings, client queries, and payments with efficiency and professionalism.
Providing administrative support to our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
Assisting with clinic organisation, including maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
Handling phone and email correspondence promptly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software is a bonus.
Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
