Based in the beautiful Northern Beaches, Modern Movement Yoga is a group of yoga studios with community at the heart of what we do.
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced leader and manager to join our team as a part time Senior Manager working 25 hours per week initially with room to grow.

To be a good fit, you must...
Have an interest in and understanding of yoga
Love taking care of people and supporting business growth
Have previous business and people management experience in a customer service related industry (minimum 3 years)
Enjoy cultivating a warm and welcoming environment

Be able to work out of our Mona Vale and Balgowlah studios
Hold valid Australian work rights
This role is based in studio and includes some early morning, weekend and evening work to support our class roster.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee the organizational activities of business
Support operational leadership across all departments and creates coherency
Supervise, hire, and train employees (HR)
Performance management
Manage quality assurance (customer service and studio offering)
Creation of policy and procedure
Maintaining and increasing efficiency through process improvements
Strategic creation and implementation of operations calender
Ensure business values are alive
