Studio Pilates International is Pilates reimagined—Our beautiful Studio Pilates Wynnum is currently seeking a passionate, energetic, and highly organised Studio Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
As Studio Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the studio, instructing classes, and helping to build a strong, engaged Pilates community. You'll work closely with the studio team, instructors, administration and owner to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while delivering the exceptional client experience we're known for.
In this role, you will:
Instruct Studio Pilates reformer classes (following completion of Platinum Instructor Training if needed)
Coordinate the day-to-day studio operations to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients
Support local marketing efforts and community engagement activities, including challenges and events
Assist in implementing client retention initiatives and welcoming new members
Provide warm, knowledgeable front-of-house support
Handle client bookings, respond to enquiries, and manage studio communications in a timely and professional manner
Oversee the instructor roster, assist with scheduling and attendance, and fill in for trainers as needed
Help prepare and coordinate studio challenges, events, and workshops
Contribute to sales administration and reporting
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in the fitness or wellness industry
Minimum 1 year of experience in the fitness or wellness industry is required
Pilates or fitness qualification
Must hold any recognised Pilates or fitness certification
Has administrative and coordination skills
Is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Has a genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
Enjoys being part of a collaborative team and supporting others to succeed
Is confident in interacting with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
Has excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour
Thrives in a dynamic environment and takes initiative
Is eager to learn and grow within the Studio Pilates brand
Holds or is willing to obtain current First Aid and CPR certifications
Must hold current First Aid and CPR certifications before starting
Has Australian work authorisation
Training & Development Opportunities
You'll be given the opportunity to complete the Platinum Instructor Training, with the course and training hours fully paid for. This training will equip you to instruct high-quality SP reformer classes and gain deeper insight into our methodology.
Availability
This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability required for studio events or challenges or fills.
This part-time role requires a commitment of 30- 35hours per week.
Availability for variable shifts across Monday to Friday is required with the flexibility to work occasionally during the weekend to attend events and support the instructor team.
Candidates must be available for flexible hours throughout the day and evening.
