We are looking for a qualified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our Puppy Pilates Co Team in Brisbane! This is a subcontractor role, perfect for an energetic, confident instructor who loves creating a fun, welcoming fitness environment and isn’t afraid of a few puppy cuddles along the way.

The Role

As a Mat Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and well-structured mat Pilates classes during scheduled Puppy Pilates sessions. You will work closely with our team to ensure a positive experience for both clients and puppies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high quality mat Pilates classes suitable for beginners to intermediate participants.
Create a fun, inclusive, and motivating class atmosphere.
Provide clear cues, regressions, and progressions to support all fitness levels.
Monitor participant safety and modify exercises as required.
Maintain professionalism while managing classes involving puppies.
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
Communicate effectively with the Puppy Pilates Co. team before and after sessions.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Mat Pilates Instructor (Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness, or equivalent Pilates qualification).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Public Liability Insurance (as a subcontractor).
ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
Experience teaching group fitness or Pilates classes.
Confident, friendly, and professional communication style.
Comfortable working in an environment with puppies, sometimes kittens and goats.
