Spa Therapist to deliver outstanding treatments and create memorable moments for our guests.
About The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded spa in a spectacular beachfront location.
In This Role, You Will
- Deliver spa treatments to the highest standard, every time
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service to every guest
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation
- Monitor and manage treatment room cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needs
- Contribute to spa opening and closing procedures
- Drive retail sales and treatment upgrades through genuine recommendations
- Represent the hotel and spa with pride and professionalism

About You
- Diploma-qualified in spa therapy (or equivalent)
- Strong commitment to quality treatments and service
- Skilled and confident in retail product sales
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Calm and organised, even in busy periods
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Positive, optimistic, and proactive attitude
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
