You represent the studio to every client you coach. You leave people better than you found them.

This is a relational coaching role, not transactional. You will be trained, supported, and held to a standard.

You will:

Coach clients 1 to 1 with a clear plan and clear outcomes

Run results reviews and retention conversations

Help new leads become paying clients using an ethical, structured consult process

Track your KPIs (sessions, retention, consults, conversion) and improve weekly

Be part of a tight team with weekly coaching and feedback

Full-Time Salary from day 1, starting from $1,100/wk + Superannuation + Commissions.

Location

St Leonards. A high affluence of Manadrin-speaking clients.

Requirements

Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness (or currently completing) or higher qualification

CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain immediately)

You can work early mornings and afternoons (peak client times)

You are coachable. You take feedback without taking it personally.

This is NOT for you if

You want average clients and easy weeks

You take feedback personally

You want to “do your own thing” with no standards & systems
