As we expand our presence internationally, we are hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day order execution, inventory movements, and 3PL coordination across our e-commerce and B2B channels.
You will be responsible for keeping orders moving, inventory accurate, and any issues that arise.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator based in Sydney, NSW. The Operations Coordinator will oversee operational processes to ensure smooth daily business operations. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional logistics service and communications, and optimising operational work-flows. The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining efficient logistics to support the brand's mission and growth.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Execute daily e-commerce and B2B order fulfilment operations
- Manage order flow between sales platforms and fulfilment partners
- Monitor inventory levels, kitting activities, and stock availability, flagging risks and discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound logistics from manufacturers and suppliers
- Organize and follow up on inventory transfers between warehouses, including coordination with transport partners
- Manage outbound shipments for wholesale, partners, PR, and special orders
- Prepare and process B2B documentation (purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents)
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and claims with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular reconciliation
- Communicate daily with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
About You
- 2–4 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination
- Experience working with a 3PL
- Comfortable with manual processes and operational routines
- Solid understanding of inventory flows, inbound/outbound logistics, and B2B fulfilment
- Experience with Shopify, POs, packing slips, and shipping documentation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, structured, and able to follow processes consistently
- Comfortable chasing external partners and closing loops
- Able to work autonomously and take full ownership of your scope
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Sydney, NSW
- Must have full working rights in Australia
