Company DescriptionFrom the beginning, One Fitness has always embraced evolution.
We first opened our doors in 1996, proud to be one of Australia’s original personal training studios.
It didn’t take long to realise that many people weren’t keen on the “lost in the crowd” experience of big commercial gyms. Our clients were looking for something more private, more personalised, and built around genuine community, with trainers focused on delivering real results.
That philosophy became the foundation of the One Fitness model. By combining scientifically proven training systems with genuine passion, support, and understanding, we create an environment where people thrive.
Since then, we’ve continued to move forward and keep things fresh. In 2008, we were among the first Australian gyms to introduce small group training, as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) began to shape the exercise science world. We were also one of the first independent health clubs in Melbourne to launch 24-hour fitness.
For three decades now, One Fitness has inspired thousands of people to achieve their fitness goals.
