Love Recruitment International is partnering with a well-established, premium health and fitness club in Sydney to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead membership growth and commercial performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a local Sydney-based fitness or leisure professional to step into a leadership role within a high-performing club that offers real autonomy, strong earning potential and clear progression.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will own the club’s sales function and lead a small team to deliver consistent results.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading and developing two Membership Consultants
• Driving local outreach, partnerships and corporate sales
• Converting inbound enquiries alongside a central support team
• Coaching and improving team performance and closing skills
• Managing monthly targets, KPIs and retention
• Delivering an exceptional new member journey
• Supporting the General Manager on wider commercial strategy
You’ll have real accountability and the freedom to make an impact.
About You
This role would suit someone currently working as:
• Sales Manager
• Assistant Manager
• Membership Manager
• Senior Membership Consultant ready for leadership
You will bring:
• Proven sales and conversion experience
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and ownership of targets
• High energy, resilience and professionalism
Fitness or leisure experience is ideal, but strong sales leaders from retail, hospitality or service environments are also encouraged to apply.
