About the Role
We’re seeking a Corporate Wellbeing Relationship Manager to work in close collaboration with our Corporate Wellbeing Facilitator to grow the reach, visibility, and impact of our corporate wellbeing programs.
This is a strategic relationship role, not a high-pressure sales role. You will co-create growth strategies, build partnerships, increase exposure across Perth and beyond, and convert aligned organisations into long-term wellbeing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create growth, outreach, and visibility strategies
- Build and manage relationships with businesses, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Expand Horizon’s presence across Perth CBD and broader corporate networks
- Increase awareness and engagement with corporate wellbeing programs
- Lead warm, relationship-led sales conversations
- Support onboarding and long-term partnerships
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate Wellbeing Facilitator to align strategy and delivery
Who This Role Is For
You are someone who:
- Has experience in relationship management, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Understands trust-based, values-led business development
- Is confident building networks and initiating conversations
- Is strategic, self-directed, and organised
- Feels aligned with wellbeing, mental health, and conscious leadership
- Thrives in collaborative, purpose-driven environments
Highly Desirable:
- Existing relationship networks with businesses in Perth CBD
- Established corporate or HR connections (not limited to Perth CBD)
- Experience in wellness, health, HR, or corporate services sectors
