Extend Studio is a welcoming, community-focused Pilates studio in Prospect dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and longevity through high-quality Reformer Pilates. The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. You will deliver safe, engaging, and results-driven classes while building genuine connections with our members.
This role is ideal for an instructor who values strong technique, clear cueing, and creating a positive client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for mixed-level clients
- Provide clear, confident cueing and hands-on corrections where appropriate
- Offer regressions and progressions to accommodate all abilities and injuries
- Build strong relationships with members and foster community
- Ensure studio cleanliness and equipment safety
- Support member retention through excellent service and engagement
About You
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (minimum 6-months preferred)
- Confident teaching group classes
- Strong understanding of anatomy and safe movement principles
- Warm, professional, and reliable
- Passionate about helping clients feel stronger and more confident
- Available for early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

Pay: $33.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week
