We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Manager to lead our Greenway studio on a part-time basis, overseeing sales performance, instructor scheduling, and member experience.
The RoleAs Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Greenway studio. This role suits someone with a strong sales background, excellent organisation skills, and experience in fitness or studio management.
Qualified Pilates instructors are highly preferred, as the role may require stepping in to teach or cover classes when needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth
Drive new member sales, lead follow-up, and conversions
Meet monthly sales and KPI targets
Promote memberships, events, challenges, and studio offers
Support retention and member engagement
Studio Operations
Oversee daily studio operations and presentation
Manage booking systems, reporting, and admin tasks
Ensure brand standards and studio cleanliness are maintained
Instructor & Timetable Management
Build and manage instructor timetables
Coordinate cover and manage schedule changes
Support instructor onboarding and communication
Teach or cover classes when required (if qualified)
Member Experience
Deliver a high-level, welcoming member experience
Handle member enquiries, feedback, and issues professionally
Foster a positive, community-focused studio culture

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or studio management
Strong organisation, leadership, and communication skills
Confident with scheduling, systems, and admin
Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
Highly Desirable
Qualified Reformer Pilates instructor
Experience in boutique fitness or Pilates studios
Ability to teach classes when needed
