Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking for a workplace where you can focus on quality care, feel supported by your team, and continue to grow professionally?
At Manning and Spearwood Physiotherapy, we’ve created clinics centred around collaboration, lifelong learning and sustainable careers. We value building long-term relationships with our clients and creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Hi, I’m Cathy Tuckey, owner of Manning and Spearwood Physiotherapy. I’m looking for a Physiotherapist who enjoys working closely with people, values teamwork, and wants to contribute within a positive and evolving practice.
About the Role
- One-on-one physiotherapy with a varied caseload including acute injuries, persistent pain and age-related conditions
- Individualised treatment combining hands-on therapy, exercise and education
- Technology to support assessment and treatment, including the Move Health exercise prescription app and VALD Dynamo and ForceDecks systems.
- Small group exercise sessions including Pilates and Falls Prevention for clinical variety
- Regular in-service learning and opportunities for clinical discussion.
In our clinics, success is measured by the quality of care you provide, the relationships you build with clients, and the positive contribution you make to the team environment. We prioritise thoughtful assessment and treatment rather than high patient turnover.

You will likely:
- Have private practice experience
- Enjoy building strong therapeutic relationships
- Communicate confidently with clients and colleagues
- Value collaboration through discussion, shared learning and professional support.
- Be interested in continuing to refine your clinical approach
