About the Role
In this position you will be rostering casual staff, booking primary and secondary school swimming programs for each term, and providing administrative support to the Learn to Swim program by moving, enrolling and cancelling students from classes.
You will also be assisting in training, instruction, and supervision of learn to Swim teachers and providing on ‘on deck’ support to the Supervisor Swim School. In this position you will also be required on occasion to undertake the instruction of Learn to Swim classes.
About You
You are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding services to the community. You are a team player who is organised and great a problem-solving competing prioritise. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service and composure under pressure.
In addition, you will also have:
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Qualification
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Valid CPR certificate
- Demonstrated swim school administrator experience
- Demonstrated Learn to Swim Teaching experience
Your commencing annual salary will range from $66,286.17 to $86,172.02+ Superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
