You:

Outcomes You’ll Deliver:
- Coach clients 1:1, semi-private and in small groups
- Program, assess and track progress using TeamBuildr
- Guide clients from onboarding to ongoing check-ins
- Keep our space clean, sharp and welcoming
- Be a learner off the floor and a leader on it
Skills and Experience
Must-Have:
- Cert III and IV in Fitness (or higher)
- 2+ years coaching experience (studio, S&C facility or private practice).
- Strong background in strength training
- High emotional intelligence and clear communication
- Reliable, proactive and aligned with our values (Action, Progress, Community)
- Working With Children Clearance (WWCC)
- Valid First Aid & CPR
Bonus Points For:
- Exercise Physiology
- Semi-private coaching experience
- Rehab, S&C or movement-based systems (ASCA, FMS etc.)
- Nutrition knowledge or coaching certification
- Experience using TeamBuildr and MindBody
- A unique edge - sporting background, niche skillset, leadership qualities
