The KX Institute — the newly launched education and certification arm of KX Pilates — is creating a bold new standard in Pilates training. As we bring this vision to life, we’re searching for a strategic, creative, digital‑first Marketing Manager & Community Lead to own our go‑to‑market strategy and build a thriving community of future Pilates professionals.
This is a foundational hire — the person who will shape our voice, scale our reach and put KXI on the map locally and globally.
About the Role
You’ll lead the full marketing ecosystem for the KX Institute — strategy, brand, performance, CRM, content and community. This role is perfect for a marketer who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced build phase, and knows how to turn big ideas into high-performing campaigns.
You will:
- Drive learner acquisition, brand awareness and enrolment growth
- Lead top‑of‑funnel storytelling and brand campaigns
- Build and optimise digital funnels, ads, email journeys and CRM automation
- Create targeted messaging for individual courses and bundles
- Elevate the brand through design, content and creative execution
- Grow a vibrant, engaged learner and alumni community
- Develop toolkits and marketing support for international license partners
- Operate as the Brand Guardian of the KX Institute — ensuring clarity, consistency and credibility
This role is hands‑on. High-impact. And primed for someone who’s excited to build from zero to global.
What You'll be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Own the marketing strategy across all paid, owned and earned channels
- Build funnels that drive enquiry → nurture → enrolment
- Use analytics and learner insights to improve performance
- Identify new segments, markets and growth opportunities
Digital E-Commerce & Strategy
- Create landing pages, ads and campaign assets
- Manage Meta, Google Ads, retargeting and SEO
- Run campaign cycles for intakes, launches and limited-time offers
- Optimise campaigns for conversion and ROI
CRM, Automation & Lead-Nurturing
- Own our CRM and lifecycle communications
- Build automated email sequences and segmentation
- Keep our database clean, structured and insight-driven
Brand, Content & Creative
- Lead organic and paid content across all channels
- Produce compelling storytelling that elevates KXI as the leader in Pilates education
- Create social and campaign assets (design experience is highly valued)
- Manage creative and media agencies when needed
Community-Building
- Engage learners, alumni, mentors and industry partners
- Build a sense of belonging, momentum and advocacy
- Partner with the Education Team to support learner success
International Partner Support
- Create a global marketing toolkit — guidelines, templates, launch kits
- Guide local teams to adapt assets while maintaining global brand integrity
What You Bring
- 4–7 years’ experience in marketing — ideally in education, fitness, wellness, eCommerce or startup environments
- Strong capability across digital, CRM, content and brand
- Experience managing performance marketing and marketing budgets
- Great storytelling, copywriting and content skills
- Graphic design ability (Canva/Adobe) is highly desirable
- A proactive, hands‑on, “let’s build this” mindset
- Strong communication skills and passion for community building
