About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of education leadership, digital product innovation, and global expansion.
As our Education & Product Lead, you will:
- Own the strategic direction, roadmap and performance of the KX Institute.
- Lead the development and delivery of all education programs — online, blended and in‑studio.
- Shape our digital learning ecosystem, including LMS, content architecture, UX, assessments and learning analytics.
- Build scalable, world‑class curriculum aligned with modern Pilates practice.
- Develop a commercially sound product portfolio that fuels growth in Australia and internationally.
- Grow and lead our educators, mentors and academic teams as we expand.
- Partner with global licensees to support localisation, rollout and market success.
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define the long‑term roadmap for KXI.
- Prioritise content pathways and product releases.
- Evaluate opportunities through a commercial and international lens.
Digital & Ed-Tech
- Own our LMS, CRM and digital platforms.
- Build engaging online and blended learning experiences.
- Use learner analytics to drive product decisions.
Curriculum & Academic Quality
- Lead curriculum development and ensure global academic excellence.
- Translate industry trends into meaningful, modern education.
- Oversee QA processes, documentation and compliance standards.
Commercial Growth
- Drive portfolio performance, pricing and revenue outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities such as micro‑credentials and short courses.
- Support international partners with scalable product models
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high‑performing education team.
- Support the KX mentor network with tools, training and frameworks.
Experience
5–10+ years in EdTech, education product management, online learning or curriculum leadership.
- Proven experience designing and delivering online learning end‑to‑end.
- Strong knowledge of LMS systems (Moodle, Canvas, LearnDash, Teachable).
- Demonstrated product lifecycle, roadmap and commercial expertise.
- Leadership experience across education or cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for Pilates, wellness or movement is a big plus!
