As a Personal Trainer at Goodlife Maroochydore, you’ll be part of a professional, energetic team, helping clients achieve lasting results while growing your career in a supportive, well-equipped facility.

The Role

We are seeking passionate, qualified Personal Trainers to deliver engaging, results-driven sessions for a wide variety of members. You will:

Deliver safe, effective, and motivating 1:1 and small group training sessions
Design tailored programs to meet individual client goals, including strength, fat loss, mobility, and lifestyle improvement
Build strong relationships with members, encouraging engagement and long-term commitment
Support group fitness and wellness programs where applicable
Maintain professional standards, equipment use, and the overall safety of the gym environment

Requirements

Minimum Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Current CPR, First Aid, and Working with Children Check
Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
