We’re looking for a highly organised, culturally aware Influencer Partnerships & PR Specialist to support our growing brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fashion and creator landscape, thrives on building relationships, and knows how to turn partnerships into real brand impact.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing creator partnerships from initial outreach through to post-delivery reporting. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll help scale our influencer and PR efforts, with a strong focus on the US creator market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new creators aligned with our brand (with a focus on the US market)
- Lead influencer outreach and relationship building
- Manage end-to-end partnership process:
- Initial communication and negotiation
- Product ordering and dispatch coordination
- Tracking deliverables and posting timelines
- Oversee UGC tracking and performance from first contact through to final content delivery
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and feels native to platform
- Set and track KPIs across influencer activity (e.g. number of collabs, content outputs, performance metrics)
- Maintain and update influencer databases and tracking systems
- Collaborate with the content and social team to maximise usage of creator content
- Support PR seeding strategies and ongoing brand awareness initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of the fashion and influencer landscape
- Familiarity with the US creator market
- Experience working with creators, PR, or influencer partnerships (preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Experience tracking campaigns, UGC, or influencer performance is a plus
- Proactive, trend-aware, and creatively driven
