We’re bringing Fitness Cartel to Toowoomba — and while we’re not actively recruiting for this role just yet, we’re building a talent pool of strong customer service leaders ready to step in when we launch.
About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)In this role, you’ll lead the front-of-house experience, ensuring every member interaction is positive, professional and memorable.
You’ll oversee the reception team, drive service standards and KPIs, and play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy club environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the reception team to deliver exceptional service
- Managing member enquiries, accounts and customer interactions
- Driving customer service KPIs and retention outcomes
- Overseeing daily front-of-house operations including reception, café and retail
- Supporting team training, onboarding and ongoing development
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming club environment
