We’re bringing Fitness Cartel to Toowoomba — and while we’re not actively recruiting for our Kids Cartel (Crèche) team just yet, we’re building a talent pool of caring, reliable individuals ready to join us when we launch.
About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)As part of our Kids Cartel team, you’ll help create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children, allowing parents to enjoy their time in the club with peace of mind.
You’ll play an important role in delivering a positive experience for both children and families within a vibrant fitness environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising children in a safe and engaging environment
- Following all booking, sign-in and pick-up procedures
- Monitoring behaviour to ensure safety for all children and staff
- Communicating with children to keep them happy and settled
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming space
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in a similar environment
- A caring, patient and friendly nature
- Reliable, proactive and professional
- Strong communication skills
- A team player who can multitask and show initiative
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Flexible availability to suit gym operating hours
