Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities: - Have real conversations with customers — with empathy and professionalism
- Negotiate fair, realistic repayment solutions
- Support customers experiencing financial hardship
- Manage accounts in line with compliance and best practice
- Keep accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
About You: - Experience in collections or customer-facing roles (lending ideal but not essential)
- Strong communication skills — especially in sensitive situations
- A problem-solver who can balance commercial outcomes with care
- Resilient, organised and proactive
- Knowledge of NCCP/ASIC (a bonus, not a must!)
