Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Perth, WA, for a Gym Studio Manager (Front of House & Sales). The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage front-of-house staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, managing client relationships, coordinating team schedules, mentoring employees, and maintaining the studio's presentation. The role will require a hands-on approach to ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently while meeting business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and positive experience.
- Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, motivating, and managing staff effectively.
- Track record of achieving Sales targets and developing successful strategies for membership growth.
- Experience in Project Management and multitasking to oversee studio operations, events, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of the gym industry being a valuable asset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
