This is a unique opportunity to lead a valued community facility, inspire a team, and deliver safe, inclusive and high-quality aquatic services for residents and visitors.

What You Will Be Doing
As Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day and performance of the swimming pool facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, mentor and supervise staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including programs, activities and customer service
- Ensure compliance with water quality, safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
- Manage rostering, workforce performance, training and operational planning
- Monitor budgets, financial performance and operational resources
- Develop and promote aquatic programs while building strong community relationships

You are a confident and proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on operational environment and is committed to delivering high-quality community services.
You Will Bring
- Previous experience in leading or supervising a recreational or aquatic facility
- Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A proactive, safety-first approach, with a strong understanding of WHS practices
- Passion for community engagement and program development
Essential Certifications
- Pool Lifeguard certificate
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Working with Children Blue Card
