About the Role
This is a hybrid AHA & admin role designed for a 2nd–4th year OT student. You’ll start supporting the operational side of the business, with a clear pathway into delivering therapy programs under supervision. This is an opportunity to learn how a real paediatric practice actually runs - not just what you see on placement. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to learn both the clinical and operational side of practice.
Admin & Operations
- Managing calls, emails, and scheduling
- Service agreements & invoicing support
- Managing referrals, waitlists, and systems (Cliniko)
Clinical (AHA) Support
- Prepare therapy resources
- Shadow clinicians
- Support sessions in schools, homes, and community
- Deliver therapy programs under supervision

Requirements
Currently studying Occupational Therapy (2nd–4th year)
Driver’s licence + car
WWCC (or willing to obtain)
