Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30- 4.30pm

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Grade 2 or Grade 3Allied Health Assistant to join our vibrant Allied Health team. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality, client-centred care, supporting individuals to regain independence, build confidence, and improve their overall quality of life.

About The Role
Working under the guidance of our team of Allied Health Professionals, you will:
- Deliver therapy programs under delegation and supervision
- Support individual and group sessions, equipment set-up and client education
- Assist with documentation and day-to-day service coordination
- Plan and deliver purposeful, engaging group activities (centre-based, outings and maintenance exercise programs)
- Work more independently within delegated scope
- Lead group programs and progress therapy plans
- Support and mentor junior AHAs and students
- Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives
- Work will be a mix of clinic-based, group and community visits.

About You
You are caring, organised and enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You bring:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience working under supervision of an Allied Health Professional
- Experience in aged care or community health settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence supporting clients from diverse backgrounds
- Good time management, flexibility and a team-focused mindset
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
