Position Overview: Amped Fitness is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple districts, including the Dallas and Houston area. This full-time, on-site role is crucial to ensuring that each facility meets and exceeds its financial, operational, and membership goals. The ideal candidate is an expert in sales management, team leadership, and gym operations, with a proven track record of driving performance and fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Company Culture & Energy: Ensure that all locations align with Amped Fitness’ contagious culture and high-energy environment.
- Sales Strategies & Goals: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and member retention across all districts.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor District Managers, General Managers, and staff across multiple locations, fostering a team-oriented culture that prioritizes member satisfaction and operational success.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, hire, and cultivate top-tier talent to strengthen leadership at all levels within the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze key sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and enhance operational efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with each department (e.g., personal training, front desk, membership sales) to ensure seamless daily operations and an exceptional member experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with members, addressing concerns and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Personal Training Oversight: Ensure personal training programs remain financially healthy and continue to grow within each location.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
- Expertise in sales management, sales strategy development, and sales team leadership
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategic solutions
- Previous experience in a multi-district or regional management role
- Background in the fitness industry preferred
