Front of House Coordinator
NatMed Natural Medicine Clinic – East Fremantle
This is not a standard reception role.
We’re looking for someone who can step into a key Front of House position at NatMed — someone organised, proactive, and genuinely interested in natural and integrative health.
You’ll work closely with our Front of House Manager and play an important role in keeping the team aligned, accountable, and on track day-to-day.

About the Role
This role sits at the centre of our Front of House operations.
You’re not just here to “do reception” — you’re helping make sure the systems and processes around you are working properly.
You’ll work closely with both the FOH team and practitioners to keep things running smoothly across the clinic.
This is a Monday to Friday role. Start and finish times may vary in line with clinic opening hours, and may include one or more evening shifts. Applications for both full-time and casual employment will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high level of patient care
Ensure a warm, professional experience from arrival through to exit
Oversee daily diary flow and bookings
Run weekly diary checks and identify gaps or inefficiencies
Ensure FOH team tasks and checklists are completed properly
Monitor practitioner messages and ensure they’re actioned
Ensure patient forms are followed up and processed correctly
Support stock, inventory and retail updates
Assist with appt and pricing enquiries
Run weekly FOH meetings alongside the FOH Manager
Ensure clinic policies and procedures are followed consistently
Be a key point of support for other FOH team members
About You
Previous reception experience (medical or allied health ideal)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Confident communicator
Calm, steady and reliable
Proactive — you take ownership rather than waiting to be told
Comfortable stepping up within a team
Interested in natural health / integrative care
Previous study in naturopathy, nutrition, nursing or health sciences highly regarded, but not essential
