Microsoft Application Administrator

The Role
Belgravia Health & Leisure Group is seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Application Administrator to join our Business Systems team. Reporting directly to the Microsoft Solutions Manager, this role is responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of our Microsoft business applications, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central – our core finance and ERP platform.
Supporting a national organisation of 5,000 staff across 200+ locations in Australia and New Zealand, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and delivering accurate business and financial information.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Dynamics 365 Business Central, including user access, performance monitoring and system enhancements
Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and datasets to support business and financial insights
Manage and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query)
Monitor system performance, implement updates and ensure security and data governance compliance
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and user guidance
Collaborate closely with Finance and key stakeholders on reporting, integrations and automation initiatives
Create system documentation and deliver user training where required
About You
Experience administering Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
High level organisational skills with strong problem-solving capability
Experience managing user access, security and system performance
Ability to work with stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions
