About the Role:
As a personal trainer with us, you'll kickstart your journey with:
- A comprehensive 2-day Induction, followed by our 12-Week GL Training & Development Program, covering everything from sales to business management.
- Tried-and-tested lead generation strategies and ongoing mentorship from our Fitness Director.
Skills and Experience (Must Have):
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Fitness registration with recognized bodies. (AUSactive/FITREC)
- Insurance coverage. (Guild/Marsh)

Haven't finished your Cert IV? No Problem!
If you’re still in the process of obtaining your Certificate IV, we have positions available for qualified Certificate III students who are looking to set themselves up for a career and gain experience before completing their Certificate IV.
