We’re on the search for a genuine sales gun with a proven track record in sales.
Ideally, your background is in the fitness PT or gym industry, franchise industry, disability sector, or another transferable sales environment, either face-to-face or over the phone.
Experience as a personal trainer, gym instructot, disability support worker, or a similar role is highly regarded, as there will also be some face-to-face involvement in actively helping clients living with disability achieve their health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.
Your primary role will be leading from the front in sales.
You’ll spend most of your time handling inbound enquiries from people wanting to:
- Train with a Fitness Enhancement personal trainer
- Receive disability support or fitness through Fit Your Ability
- Build relationships with other NDIS-registered providers
- Purchase a Fitness Enhancement or Fit Your Ability franchise
A high volume of sales calls is critical. However, this is not high-pressure “sell at all costs” sales. We care just as much about long-term retention, results, and genuinely helping people as we do about getting a sale over the line. The right person for this role must strongly align with those values.
You will also play a key role in supporting, training, mentoring, and holding accountable franchisees around Australia to the same standards you follow within our own head office and Gold Coast operations.
Depending on experience, this role may be positioned as either:
- Part time or full time Sales Consultant
- Full time Sales Manager

We are currently around 40 franchises across 12 Australian cities and are on track to grow towards 100 franchises in the coming years. We want someone excited by growth and wanting to grow with us.
This role is based out of our Lawrence Drive, Nerang head office and personal training studio on the Gold Coast.
