WynActive is looking for our next Health & Fitness Coordinator – Gym & PT
Are you ready to take your fitness career to the next level? We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and people-focused Health & Fitness Coordinator to lead our gym and personal training programs across AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium on a Full Time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
- Overseeing gym operations and personal training programs
- Designing and delivering high-quality fitness programs
- Driving member engagement, growth, and retention
- Analysing performance, usage, and trends to improve services
- Creating a strong, inclusive club culture
- Ensuring the gym is always safe, clean, and high-performing

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Strong experience in gym operations and/or personal training
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
- A passion for customer service and community engagement
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of fitness trends, equipment, and program design
- Love group fitness and know how to bring the vibe
- Have experience with systems like PerfectGym
- Thrive on hitting targets and driving results
