What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
- Drive store performance across sales, KPIs, and product sell-through
- Oversee all store operations including inventory, stock management, visual merchandising, and presentation standards
- Manage rosters, wage control, and team productivity
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Build strong relationships within the local community, brand partners, and ambassadors
- Lead by example as a hands-on, energetic, and inspiring presence on the shop floor
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in retail leadership, either as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Store Manager/2IC ready to step up
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving KPIs
- Strong operational capability across rostering, wage management, inventory, and visual merchandising
- A genuine passion for fitness, premium performance apparel, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Natural leadership skills with a positive, collaborative, and high-energy approach
