What You’ll Do

Deliver dynamic, results-driven 1:1 and small-group sessions
Lead strategy sessions to kickstart members’ fitness journeys
Create tailored training programs that drive transformation
Educate, empower, and inspire clients – physically and mentally
Contribute to the club culture by being present and engaged on the gym floor

What You Bring

Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher qualification in Exercise/Sport Science)
Registration and insurance ($20M public liability minimum)
Current First Aid & CPR certifications
A passion for service and making a real impact
A team-first attitude, open to growth and feedback
