Our beautiful brand new Studio Pilates Forest Lake is looking for a proactive and friendly Sales Support team member to assist our studio's sales operations, on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting team goals, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Support the Sales Consultant and Studio Manager with client follow-ups and front-of-house tasks.
Make calls to new and existing clients to nurture their Studio Pilates journey.
Assist with lead generation activities, such as local business partnerships, letterbox drops, and community events.
Provide coverage during busy periods and promotional campaigns.
Help ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and connected.

Training & Support

Access to Studio Pilates Sales and Lead Generation Training.
Learn proven scripts and systems to build your skills and confidence.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident, and proactive personality.
Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and in person.
Enjoys supporting a sales environment and helping the team succeed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to move between tasks.
Confident in approaching businesses, handing out flyers, and engaging face-to-face in the local community.
Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential.
Must have Australian citizenship or work rights to be eligible for this position.
