Every club, and therefore every PT has an in-club PT Mentor.
Personal Trainer:
Conducting 1on1 Personal Training Sessions
Conducting 1on2 and Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions
Conducting SGT (Small Group Training)
Performing health consultations & designing/demonstrating personalised programs
Helping our members achieve their health and fitness dreams
