You’ll manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, sports injuries, NDIS clients, vestibular and cancer rehab, and deliver high-quality Clinical Pilates programs. This is a genuine leadership role with room to grow into clinical management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a diverse clinical caseloadMentor and support junior physios and student placementsDeliver Clinical Pilates and functional rehab sessionsBuild strong relationships with GPs, specialists, and community stakeholdersContribute to internal PD, training sessions, and ongoing service improvementHelp shape a positive and collaborative team culture
What You’ll Need
AHPRA registration (unrestricted)5+ years of experience in private practice or similarDemonstrated leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesValid working rights in Australia, driver's license & vehiclePassion for innovation, community impact, and clinical excellence
Bonus: Women's Health training or postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
