KX Pilates Brighton is currently on the lookout for a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor. The successful applicant is a highly skilled professional who's passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals in an empowering and empathetic way. The successful applicant must hold an accredited Pilates instructor qualification, have a love of the KX workout and who we are as a brand, a dedication to fostering a local community, a passion for delivering impactful, dynamic, inclusive and inspiring classes and have availability to teach 6-10 flexible hours across the week including evenings, weekends and public holidays *where applicable. Additional hours and opportunities available pending candidate openness to travel between our sister studio locations. Teaching experience in the industry is preferred.
Duties include (but are not limited to) developing and implementing well-structured Reformer Pilates classes that are safe, challenging, balanced, enjoyable for clients and aligned to the dynamic KX methodology, ability to provide clear instructions and demonstrations to guide clients through workouts, have high level customer service skills fostering client relationships while qualifying and guiding their fitness journey needs, confidence to critically think on the spot to offer modifications/ variations allowing for injury and personalisation, create a supportive and motivating environment encouraging clients to achieve their goals, maintain a clean and organised studio before during and after each shift, be an active and prompt communicator via team channels remotely and in person, be an active participant in a minimum of 1 KX workout a week (complimentary) to uphold brand expectations and be willing to engage in team building and professional development activities organised in house.
Successful applicants will join our comprehensive employee onboarding program; a blend of online modules with virtual sessions and in studio mentored teaching hours, equipping you with all the essential knowledge and skills you'll need to confidently deliver the in studio KX Experience.
