This is a pure new-business sales role for a driven Business Development Manager who thrives on closing deals, building trusted relationships and growing a client base in the real estate and professional services space. You’ll have the autonomy to own your territory, backed by experienced national leadership and a business that sets you up to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new clients within the real estate agency (REA) market
- Proactively identifying growth opportunities through face-to-face meetings and site visits
- Converting prospects into long-term clients and expanding usage across services
- Ensuring strong post-sale implementation, onboarding and training
- Managing ongoing client relationships to maximise retention and transaction volume
- Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s business and challenges
What you’ll bring:
- Proven success in new business / BDM sales
- A strong sales mindset with the resilience to exceed targets
- Confidence building rapport quickly and influencing decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation and phone skills
- A process-driven approach with strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team
- Comfort delivering training and supporting clients post-sale
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to legal, conveyancing, accounting, insolvency, banking, finance or government environments will be looked upon favourably
