STUDIO MANAGER – PILATES & RECOVERY
Wildsoul Wellness is expanding rapidly across Melbourne and we are searching for exceptional Studio Managers to lead our next generation of studios.
Studios locations include Mordialloc, Moorabbin, Williamstown and Coburg.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of studio or fitness management experience.
Pilates instructor certification or qualification is preferred but not required.
This is an opportunity for a driven leader who loves people, performance and community to build a thriving wellness studio.

This part-time position requires 25-30 hours per week availability.

As we continue to grow across Melbourne, we are seeking Studio Managers who can lead studios with energy, professionalism and commercial focus.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Studio Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of the studio, leading both the member experience and the commercial performance of the business.
This role combines customer experience leadership, team leadership, sales performance and operational management.
You will lead the entire member journey from first trial through to long-term membership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Leadership
- Lead and inspire front-of-house and instructor teams
- Build a strong, positive studio culture
- Deliver ongoing training and development for staff
- Manage rostering and team performance
Membership Growth and Sales
- Drive new member acquisition and conversion
- Lead the trial-to-membership sales journey
- Monitor weekly membership numbers and targets
- Implement retention and engagement strategies
Member Experience
- Deliver an exceptional member experience
- Oversee onboarding of new members
- Monitor member engagement and retention
- Maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment
Studio Operations
- Maintain studio presentation and cleanliness
- Manage retail sales and stock levels
- Monitor class utilisation and scheduling
- Oversee studio systems including booking platforms
