We’re not hiring a receptionist, we’re hiring someone to help run the business.
We are looking for a high-performance operator to own the front of house, drive sales, and deliver a premium member experience.
The Role
- Drive memberships, revenue, and conversions
- Own and manage the lead pipeline
- Deliver a standout member experience daily
- Run front of house operations and studio standards
- Support coaches and keep the team aligned
