Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.
Your gig
Reporting to the Club General Manager, you'll provide heartfelt service and exceptional leadership to the Club-V (Creche) team, in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards.
In a nutshell

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operating of the Club-V (Creche) experience, ensuring children receive the highest level of care with warm interactions and tailoring activities across various ages.

You'll create and develop structured and unstructured activity concepts across all ages

You'll work to achieve membership and revenue and to operate within agreed expense budgets, with accountability for the overall financial performance of club-v

You'll maintain ratios and oversee the booking system, ensuring the health, safety, and care of all attendees. You'll be able to think on your feet and take on whatever gets thrown your way. More often than not, this is usually blocks, slime or glitter!

You will take pride in leading, training & developing your team to create meaningful experiences for the children

You'll be flexible in your role and willing to assist in other duties
All about you

You're warm, energetic, honest, and genuine with your Cert III in Children's Services and at least two years experience in a similar role.

You have your Working with Children's' Check

You possess exceptional leadership qualities, leading a team with the highest level of professionalism, passion & care. You lead from the front, inspiring your team and creating a positive culture.
