With stunning views that include Manly beach and the Sydney skyline, our Northern Beaches club is the go-to for anyone north of the shore. Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.
All about the gig:
Reporting into the Club General Manager, you'll manage the day to day operations of our in club V-Café and provide heartfelt service to our members and guests.
In a nutshell:

You'll provide our members with quality and nutritious snacks and smoothies, in line with our food & beverages menu

You'll implement and manage the V Cafe strategy, working closely with the Club Manager to provide input to budgets and produce on time reporting

You'll manage and lead team members to ensure efficient and effective daily operations

You'll ensure all shifts are resourced with appropriately trained team members and duties are being fulfilled

You'll leverage your personality to build true community and create an environment where members love spending time
About you:

You're warm, honest and genuine with 12 months of comparable experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry

You love to create meaningful moments for people. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it

You get a kick out of creating unexpected experiences which make people go wow!

You're comfortable communicating at all levels and you're authentic when you express yourself. You can be counted on to skilfully respond to feedback and complaints

You have experience working towards KPIs and have achieved and exceeded targets

You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality qualifications. A+ for you
