About the gig:
Reporting to the Kauai Store Manager and Team Supervisor, you'll be a cafe-all rounder by preparing recipes, drinks, providing heartfelt service and ensuring cleanliness in the cafe.
In a nutshell:

You'll prepare the cafe working area by cleaning equipment, utensils and dishes regularly

You'll prepare orders as per order slips (drinks, smoothies, coffees and healthy wraps and salads are on the menu!)

You'll take orders from customers and provide them with the absolute best service
-
You'll work collaboratively in a team with other crew members
-
You'll practice "clean as you go" at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store

You'll be on top of all cafe promotions, standards and specifications
All about you:

You have aligned experience working as a cafe-all rounder for at least 6 months. A+ for you
-
Your fantastic at food preparation and having basic knife handling, ingredient assembly and food hygiene skills

You're comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster
-
You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all
-
You are people focused. You're warm, honest and genuine and are able to follow instructions clearly.

You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels

You don't get flustered easily. You love working in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver
