Location: Melbourne or Auckland, NZ
- Are you a recent graduate or early-career technical consultant who wants to build real NetSuite depth fast?
- Do you find yourself asking "why does this work this way?" before you start building, rather than after?
- Do you get satisfaction from work that's clean, complete and handed over in a state you'd be happy to inherit yourself?
The Role
This is a junior technical role within Annexa's delivery team, focused on building, configuring and supporting NetSuite solutions across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customer engagements. You'll work closely with senior technical consultants and project leads, taking ownership of assigned tasks and contributing to delivery outcomes that keep customers moving forward.
Day to day, you'll be deep in NetSuite - personalising, integrating, configuring - and making sure your work is accurate, documented and handed off well. Success here looks like tasks completed to brief, issues flagged early and customers who trust that the technical side is in good hands.
What you'll do
- NetSuite configuration - perform personalisation, integration and support activities across core modules as directed by senior team members
- Technical delivery - take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure all work meets schedule, budget and quality standards
- Documentation - maintain technical artefacts in line with Annexa's methodologies and templates
- Customer outcomes - apply a consultative approach to ensure delivered solutions are high quality and customers are referenceable at project completion
- Issue management - proactively identify and escalate risks to project leads before they reach the customer
- Support assistance - step in to assist the support desk when needed, using the right internal and customer channels to resolve issues within agreed timeframes
What you'll bring
This role suits someone who listens first, digs into the detail, communicates with precision and owns their work from brief to delivery
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential, whether through previous employment, a placement or a project environment
- Solid understanding of NetSuite ERP technical concepts across core modules
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to translate a business problem into a clear technical approach
- Comfort working within a structured delivery methodology and contributing to a broader project team
- Clear written and verbal communication - concise, accurate documentation is a natural part of your process
You'll be someone who can pick up a customer's NetSuite environment quickly, apply what you know to real business problems and get things done to a standard you'd be happy to put your name on.
